接触网锚板埋设一次到位施工技术

摘要 对影响锚板埋设施工质量的关键环节进行了归纳,介绍了确定下锚支延长线的2种方法,推导出了确定锚杆出土角度和锚坑位置的计算公式,提出了确定锚杆埋设位置、保证锚杆和锚板受力后稳定等方面的技术措施和工艺措施,并强调了锚板埋设施工中应注意的事项。实践应用证明,采用本施工技术措施,可实现接触网锚板埋设施工一次到位。 This article sums up the key links which have effects on anchor plate laying, and depicts two methods of determination of anchor extended line, and deducts calculation formula to determine the angle of anchor pole to the horizontal and location of anchor pit. This article also proposes technical measures and workmanship measures on determining the location for anchor pole laying and on assuring the stability of anchor pole and anchor plate with forces on. Besides, this article also reminds us of the items we should pay attention to in the process of anchor plate laying. Practical application proves that we can achieve one-time completed anchor plate laying by making use of this technical measure.
