大直径沉模薄壁管桩是一种适合加固软土地基的新型高效优质桩型,可有效地提高地基承载力和减小地基沉降量,采用振动沉模、现场浇筑混凝土一次成桩技术,能快速加固软土地基,提高承载力,使其满足设计要求,且具有工艺简单、质量可靠、工效高、造价低等显著优点。介绍了振动沉模现浇混凝土薄壁管桩的技术原理、加固机理、施工设备、施工工艺、质量检测及工程应用。
Big diameter sink cyclostyle thin wall tube peg is a kind of new type, high efficiency and high grade peg, which is suitable to pin up soft groundsill. It effectively improves groundsill carrying capacity and deminishes groundsill sedimentation. Adopting once forming peg technic of librating sink cyclostyle and locale casting concrete can quickly pin up soft groundsill, improve groundsill carrying capacity,and make groundsil meet the design request.
