摘要 本文介绍了数据挖掘技术在IT基础设施监控系统中的应用,着重阐述了采用业界广泛采纳的数据挖掘流程标准CRISP-DM,利用时序数据挖掘技术和一元线性回归预测技术从监控历史数据中发现有趣模式的过程,并针对该应用的特殊性,对相关技术的参数设置方法进行了改进,引入了一个新的指数——负载指数——以增加模型的精确性。 We explore a new application of data mining technology in IT infrastructure monitoring system. To find interesting patterns in historical data stored by monitoring system, including performance data and event data, we adopt the standard data mining process described in CRISP-DM and use two methods, including the time series data mining method and linear regression fit. Because of the specialties of this application, we improve the way of setting model pa- rarneter and induct a new index-load index-to improve the accuracy of model built by data mining method.
