维生素D受体基因TaqI位点多态性与慢性牙周炎易感性的Meta分析 被引量:2

Meta analysis of the relationship between vitamin D receptor TaqI gene polymorphism and chronic periodontitis

摘要 目的:探讨维生素D受体基因TaqI位点多态性与慢性牙周炎易感性的关系。方法:检索中国医学文献数据库(CBMdisc)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI),Medline,搜集国内外有关病例对照研究文献,应用RevMan 4.2软件对符合条件的所有研究结果进行Meta分析,包括异质性检验、合并效应量和评估发表偏倚。结果:符合纳入标准的文献共5篇,病例组388例,对照组355例。TT,Tt,tt三个基因型频率的合并OR值及95%CI分别为1.2(90.89;1.87),0.84(0.58;1.21)和0.7(50.36;1.59),p>0.05。T和t等位基因频率的合并OR值及95%CI分别为1.2(40.92;1.68)和0.80(0.59;1.09),p>0.05。结论:维生素D受体TaqI位点多态性与慢性牙周炎易感性可能无关。 Objective: To explore the relationship between vitamin D receptor TaqI gene polymorphism and chronic periodontitis.Method:Search was conducted on the following electronic databases:Chinese Bio-medicine Database, China Academic Journals Full-text Database, Medline to identify all the relevant case-control trials.Meta analysis was performed with RevMan4.2 to investigate heterogeneity, to combine the studies and to evaluate the publication bias.Result: Totally 5 studies were recruited.The cases in CP group were 388,in the control group were 355.The pooled OR and 95% CI of genotype Tr, Tt,tt were 1.29 (0.89; 1.87),0.84 (0.58; 1.21) and 0.75 (0.36; 1.59) (p〉0.05). The pooled OR and 95%CI of alleles T and t were 1.24 (0.92; 1.68) and 0.80 (0.59; 1.09) (p〉0.05).Conelusion:No evidence showed that vitamin D receptor TaqI gene polymorphism was associated with chronic periodontitis.
