细胞骨架系统与机械—生物信号转导 被引量:6

摘要 细胞骨架(cytoskeleton,CSK)作为细胞膜及细胞核内侧面的一种纤维状蛋白网状支架结构,在细胞感知并传导机械力信号中起到了重要作用;胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)-整合素-CSK-细胞核网络如何将正畸机械力刺激转化为生物化学信号、从而导致骨改建成为目前研究的热点。
