摘要
目的:观察玫瑰糠疹患者皮损中CD45RA与CD45RO的表达情况,探讨玫瑰糠疹的发病机制。方法:免疫组化SP法检测30例玫瑰糠疹患者皮损中CD45RA与CD45RO的表达,取10例正常人躯干部皮肤作对照。结果:玫瑰糠疹患者皮损中CD45RO的表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),CD45RA的表达和正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玫瑰糠疹患者皮损真皮中浸润的淋巴细胞以记忆性T淋巴细胞为主,推测细胞免疫在玫瑰糠疹的发病中起主要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of CD45RA and CD45RO in the lesions of pityriasis rosea. Methods The expression of CD45RA and CD45RO in the lesions of 30 pityriasis rosea were detected with immunohistochemical method and 10 cases of healthy skin were as control. Results The expression of CD45RO in pityriasis rosea lesion was higher than in healthy skin, but in CD45RA there was no statistic difference between the pityriasis rosea lesions and controls. Conclusion The lymphocytes in pityriasis rosea dermis are mainly memory lymphocytes. The cellular immunity plays a main role in the disease.
