面向绿色制造的机械加工系统任务优化调度模型 被引量:37

摘要 机械加工系统是车间层实施绿色制造的主体之一,对加工任务进行优化调度可以减少机械加工系统所产生的环境影响和资源消耗,是改善机械加工系统绿色性(即资源消耗和环境影响特性)的途径之一。基于此对面向绿色制造的机械加工系统任务优化调度问题进行研究,构建其框图模型及数学模型,该模型能对调度问题的整个优化调度过程及所涉及的各种要素之间关系进行描述。结合机械加工系统的资源消耗和环境影响特性,建立该模型的目标体系,该体系包括优化调度问题所涉及的各个子目标,并对子目标的内容进行描述。最后通过案例,对面向绿色制造的机械加工系统任务优化调度模型进行应用分析。 A machining system is one of important elements for implementing green manufacturing in workshop. It has been discovered that job scheduling, which can decrease resource consumption and reduce environmental impacts, is an approach to improving green attributes of machining systems. A job scheduling model of a machining system for green manufacturing is proposed with description of the schematic model and the mathematic model, which describes the whole scheduling process and the relations of the elements of the job scheduling model. The objective architecture of the model is constructed in terms of the green attributes of machining systems which is composed of several sub-objectives, and the analysis of each sub-objective is presented. Finally, a case study is analyzed to show the application of the model.
