摘要
20世纪80年代,在某特殊钢厂完成工业实验.采用电炉正常工艺冶炼,出钢量15t,冶炼轴承钢,出钢后至喷粉站,用卤化物合成粉剂进行钢包喷粉精炼.精炼后的钢材经检验,点状夹杂物均为零级,实验证实钢液中存在的钙是点状夹杂成因的理论是正确的,用氯可以消除点状夹杂物.
During the eighties of the 20 century, industrial tests were completed in a special steelworks of normal electric steelmaking of bearing steel. The tapping quantity was 15t, After tapping, the steel was taken to the injection station. Refining was carried out by halogenide-oxide powder injection. The resulted products after refining were examined and grade of globular inclusions reached zero. The tests confirmed that the existence of calcium in steel is the main origination of the globular inclusion. The globular inclusion can be removed with chlorine.
