摘要 研究用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)直接测定锆合金中常量及微量元素:Fe、Cr、Ni、Sn、Nb的分析方法。选择了合适的分析谱线,采用基体匹配法和背景扣除法消除基体元素对被测元素的光谱干扰。方法简便,快速,具有良好的精密度和准确度,方法的回收率为94.0%~105.0%,相对标准偏差小于2.0%。 The method for direct determination of major and trace elements including:Fe、Cr、Ni、Sn and Nb in zirconium alloys by ICP - AES was studied. The suitable analytical lines were selected. The spectral interferences from zirconium to the spectral lines of the elements determined were investigated and corrected by the matrix matching and background correction methods. The method presented has the advantages of simplicity, rapidity and good accuracy. The determination recoveries were 94. 0% - 105.0%, respectively with relative standard deviations (RSD) of less than 2.0%.
