摘要
【目的】观察益气活血方治疗腹主动脉缩窄大鼠所致心肌肥大对心肌超微结构的影响。【方法】用多道生物信号系统记录血压和心率,用电子显微镜观察心肌超微结构的变化。【结果】(1)压力负荷所致心肌肥大表现肌膜下水肿,肌质网及T管扩张,心肌闰盘间隙显著扩大。(2)开搏通组的肌质网及T管扩张程度减轻,闰盘病变程度轻,大部分心肌肌膜下水肿不明显。中药组的肌质网扩张程度轻于开搏通组,部分闰盘损害略重于开搏通组。未见核染色质溶解,也未见高血压Ⅱ组的核损伤。【结论】益气活血方能部分逆转腹主动脉缩窄大鼠的心肌超微结构,如肌质网、闰盘、细胞核。
[Objective] To investigate the action on the ultrastructure in reversion of cardiac hypertrophy induced pressure overload in rats with the prescription "Yiqihuoxuefang" (supplementing and activating blood circulation). [Method] Blood pressure and heart rate were recorded with polygraph channel system, and ultrastructure of myocardium was observed by transmission electromicroscopy. [Results] The edema of myocardial membrane, enlargement of sarcoplasmic reticulum and T tube, enlargement of intercalated disc were observed in cardiac hypertrophy induced pressure overload. The pathological changes of sarcoplasmic reticulum, T tube and intercalated disc were lighter in Captopril group than in hypertension group, and the edema of most myocardial membrane was not distinct. The enlarement of sarcoplasmic reticulum in Chinese herb treated group was lighter than Captopril group, and the pathological changes of intercalated disc part in Chinese herb treated group were greater than in Captopril group. The dissolution of nuclear chromatin was not found and the injury of the nucleus was also not found [Conclusion] The ultrastructure of myocardium in constricted abdominal aortic rats can be reversed partly by the prescription "Yiqihuoxuefang", exampal sarcoplasmic reticulum, intercalated disc and nucleus.
