摘要
【目的】探讨高功率微波辐照对大鼠卵巢生殖细胞凋亡的影响。【方法】健康成年SD雌性大鼠100只,随机分为实验组和对照组。以S波段平均功率密度为20 mW/cm2对固定放置的大鼠进行全身照射10 min;40 mW/cm2照射5 min、10 min。照后6、24、48、72 h和5 d取材,应用原位末端标记技术(TUNEL)检测各组凋亡细胞。【结果】40 mW/cm2辐照10 min组,6、24、48 h凋亡细胞明显增多(P<0.01),72 h降至正常,5 d细胞凋亡数量再次升高,明显高于对照组(P<0.01),其余实验组与对照组间无差别(P>0.05)。【结论】40 mW/cm2HPM辐照大鼠10 min即可触发卵巢组织的细胞凋亡数目增加,影响大鼠生殖功能。
[Objective] To study the effect of high power microwave radiation on the ovarian cell apoptosis. [Methods] 100 Spraque- Dawley rats were randomly divided into two groups as unexposed control group and experimental group, then the experimental group were radiated with S wave band 20mW/cm^2 high power microwave for 10 min and with 40mW/cm^2 high power microwave for 5min, 10min respectively. Ovarian samples were taken at 6, 24, 48, 72h and 5d after radiation. 5 blank radiation groups served as controls. At the end of process, ovarian cell apoptosis were detected by in situ terminal deoxymudeotityl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (T UNEL). [Results] In the 40mW/cm^2 10min trail group, the amounts of apoptosis cells were more than that of control group 6h, 24h, 48h following radiation ( P 〈 0.01) and reduced to normal in the 72h experimental groups. In 5d experimental group, the apoptotic cells were rised again compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.01). The changes of apoptotic cells in the other experimental groups were as same as the control group ( P 〉0.05). [Conclusions] Radiation by 40mW/cm^2 HPM for 10 mins would result in ovarian cell apoptosis and damage in the rat.
