摘要
【目的】探讨引起医院感染常见酵母样真菌种类及其耐药性特点,为临床感染性疾病提供病原学诊断和合理使用抗真菌药物的依据。【方法】各种临床标本经常规方法采用科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基培养,法国生物-梅里埃API-20CAUX酵母样真菌鉴定试条进行鉴定,念珠菌药敏试条(ATB-Fungus)进行药敏试验。【结果】共分离出172株7种真菌,其中主要为白色念珠菌68.6%,热带念珠菌11.1%,光滑念珠菌5.8%。分离的菌株对两性霉素B、氟康唑、酮康唑和伊曲康唑的敏感率较高。【结论】必须提高真菌的检测手段,重视真菌的培养鉴定和药敏试验,以指导临床合理使用抗真菌药物。
[Objective] To investigate the kinds of yeast-hke fungi causing hospital infection and characteristics of drug resistance, to provide aguideline of etiologic diagnosis and suitable anti - fungus management for infectious diseases. [Method] The fungi were cultured with general method of CHRO - Magar medium , isolated and identified with API - 20CAUX identification system. The antifungal sensitivity was detected with ATB- Fungus trip. [Results] Totally 7 species were identified from 172 strains of fungus , predominantly were Candida albicans (68.6%), C. tropicalis (11.1%), C. glabrata (5.8%). The isolated fungi were relatively sensitive to amphotericin B, fluconazole, ketoconazole and itraconazole. [ Conclusion] Isolation and anti-fungal sensitivity tests should also be stressed for clinical selection of reasonable anti-fungals.
