摘要
老年体育对许多老年疾病,如糖尿病、心脏病等具有很好的预防和辅助治疗作用。老年体育活动,要讲究“因人而宜,全面锻炼”、“循序渐进,持之以恒”、“轻缓适量,自监自控”和“合理的运动时间”等原则。
Sports of old people have an good effect to take precautions against and auxiliary treatment of a lot of old age diseases such as Glycuresis and the heart disease. Sports of old people need to obey Several principle. Firstly, people chooses suitable and comprehensive exercise. Secondly people proceed exercise in an orderly way and persevere it. Thirdly, people choose appropriate amount of exercise, supervise and control movement amount and reasonable movement time by themselves.
