新升本科师范院校体育教师继续教育探析

On Physical Education Teacher Continuing Education in Newly Promoted Universities

由于学校办学层次的提高和高等教育的改革和发展,新升本科师范院校体育教师队伍普遍存在着知识性和结构性短缺,如何提高新升本科师范院校体育教师队伍的整体水平,建设一支结构合理、素质优良的体育教师队伍,体育教师继续教育是重要和有效的途径。本文结合工作实际,就新升本科师范院校体育教师的继续教育进行了分析和探索。

Owing to the elevation of the school running as well as the reform and development of higher education, the teams of physical education teachers in the newly promoted universities are generally facing the problem of shortage both in knowledge and structure. If the universities want to improve the general level of the physical education teachers in the newly promoted universities, and to build a team of physical education teachers with reasonable structure and best quality, the most important and also the most efficient means is to lay emphasis on the physical education teacher continuing education. In the light of practice, this paper makes an analysis and exploration on the problems of the physical education teachers＂ continuing education in the newly promoted universities.
