摘要
高等教育教学评价的地位越来越受到重视,但在高校教育教学评价过程中仍存在诸多问题,主要表现为:高校评价理论缺失问题;高校评价指标体系问题;高校科研评价方式问题;高校教师工作绩效评价问题。因此,在高校教育教学评价过程中,要明确教育评价的目的,把握教育评价的思想,真正使教育评价成为高校改革的原始动力,成为提高高校办学质量的有利保证。
Education and teaching evaluation in institutions of higher education has been paid attention more and more,but there are still many problems existing in the course of evaluation, represents mainly as lack of evaluation theory; evaluation index system; evaluation mode for research; evaluation for teachers' work performance. So, during the course of education and teaching evaluation in institutions of higher education, should make clear the purpose, grasp the idea, really make evaluation become the original motivity of reformation, become the powerful guarantee to enhance running - school quality.
