办公自动化系统建设是高校现代化建设的一项重要内容,是提高高校在现代化条件下整体工作能力的有效途径。但目前在高校办公自动化系统建设过程中仍存在缺乏相关软件及专业技术人员等问题,因此,各高校应加强思想认识,为推进办公自动化提供良好的环境;应加强办公自动化信息平台建设,实现网上互动办公,同时应努力加强防范措施,确保办公自动化网络系统的可靠运行。

Office automatization system building is an important content of modem building in institutions of higher education, is the effective approach to advance integrative competence of institutions of higher education under modem condition. But at present, there are some problems existing in the course of office automatization building such as lack of correlative software and skilled personnel. Therefore, every institution of higher education should enhance ideological knowledge,offer good environment for promoting office automatization;enhance information platform building of office automatization, realize e- works; try hard to enhance safeguard, make sure of the reliable operation of office automatization network.
