As the important training base, metalworking practice factory ought to offer an open practice place. Therefore, metalworking factory must reform actively, cultivate innovative awareness; reform teaching approach; offer innovative space; reconstruct teaching organization, cultivate and introduce into teachers; applying all kinds of modes promotes roundly innovation work, finds out a road to cultivate and train undergraduate innovative thinking.
