The countermeasures are grasp roundly the guidance idea and total requirement to enhance and improve ideological and political theory teaching in institutions of higher education, reform the teaching content, seize the teaching program, reform the classroom teaching method, reinforce practical teaching, construct the new mode of ideological and political theory teaching in institutions of higher education.
