唐太宗作为出色的军事家和政治家,开创了中国封建社会极盛的局面;在文学上,他又以特有的个人风度,从治国思想、文化视野和诗歌创作等方面对唐初诗歌走向产生了重大影响。虽然距盛唐还有一百多年,但唐太宗依然拥有着盛唐开创者和盛唐气象开拓人的双重身份,一手酝酿出有唐一代蓬勃自信的昂扬心态。

As a genius militarist and statesman, Tang Taizong made the biggest contribution to the establishment and consolidation of the terrorist of the new dynasty. In the field of Literature, his particular personality and writing also played an important role in the development of poem in the early Tang Dynasty. To some extent, he was not only the founder of the prosperous Tang dynasty but also the pilot of the flourishing Tang dynasty＇ s poems although he lived over one hundred years earlier than that period. He had leaded the confidence and high spirit of that flourishing period.
