Management Conditions of Industrial Enterprises in Luoyang

以第一次全国经济普查公布的数据为依据,对洛阳市工业法人企业经营状况进行了因子分析:目前效益较好的资源开采产业,必须未雨绸缪,增加科技投入,增强可持续发展能力;应重点抓好支柱产业和重点企业的技术创新和技术改造,进行企业产权制度和管理制度改革,增强企业的市场竞争力;应设法盘活亏损严重的企业这部分资产。

Based on the first national economy general survey data of Luoyang city and the method of factor analysis, the management conditions of industrial juridical person enterprises of Luoyang city were analyzed. The mining industries which have good benefit recently must input more R＆D in order to keep their sustainable development and prevent bad economic circumstance, enterprises should get more resource to innovate in science and technology, to transform their old technology and reform their system of property right and manage to efficiently use the property of enterprises which have had serious losses by recombining properties.
