“82宪法”历经四次修改,它所遵循的求真务实精神是政治文明的思想基础;载入邓小平理论、“三个代表”重要思想,这些先进的理论是一个社会政治文明的逻辑前提;经济制度的变化是政治文明演进的原动力;法治和人权写入宪法是政治文明的显著标志;在建设文明国家的道路上,既要充满民族自信,又要善于汲取世界文明的精华,这是政治文明的重要条件。

Deng Xiaoping＇ s theory and ＂three representative＂ important idea in it is the logical premise of political civilization in a society. The change of economic institution is the motive force that political civilization evolves. Rule by law and human fights in the constitution is the notable mark of political civilization. On the way of constructing civil country, we should not only have national self-confidence but also be good at drawing in the essence of world civilization, which is the important condition of political civilization.
