磁驱动微型主动脉内轴流泵动力性主动脉瓣的动物试验

摘要 目的研究磁驱动主动脉内轴流泵-动力性主动脉瓣进行动物体内植入的可行性。方法选取家猪33头,全身麻醉后开胸手术暴露胸降主动脉和心脏。在降主动脉侧壁作切口与26mmDacron人造血管行端-侧吻合,然后通过人造血管将轴流泵推入升主动脉,环绕结扎“动力瓣”。结果随着动脉内轴流泵转速的增加,左心室的收缩期峰值压和平均压力逐步下降。当转速达到10000r/min时,左心室内压力可降为零。结论整个左心功能可被轴流泵替代,初步揭示动脉内轴流泵动力性主动脉瓣具有一定可行性。 Objective To explored the implantation of intra- aortic impeller pump (IAIP) in vivo for animal. Methods Thirty- tree swines were anesthetized and an 26 mm Dacron graft was atomized in an end- to - side fashion to the descending aorta. The IAIP was positioned inside the aortic chamber through the ananastomosis and fastened. Then the extracorporeal magnetic device was started. Results The relations of rotary speed of the purap and mean left ventricular pressure, mean right ventricular pressure, mean aortic pressure were recorded. At the rotation speed was over 10 000 r/min, the pressure of the left ventricular fell to zero, Conclusion The result suggested that the left ventricular function could be totally replaced by IAIP, The IAIP was feasible.
