摘要 研究了丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物与浸酸皮之间的相互作用。试验结果表明:丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物可明显提高浸酸皮胶原的收缩温度和热变性温度,并使皮胶原纤维软段的玻璃化转变温度升高,而丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物与浸酸皮胶原之间的共价键交联主要发生在皮胶原原纤维的极性区,是由丙烯酸-丁烯醛共聚物中,醛基与皮胶原纤维软段中极性氨基酸残基上的氨基反应而获得的。 The interaction between copolymer ( acrylic acid - butenoic aldehyde) and pickling pig skin was studied with thermal shrinkage temperature, DSC and X - ray diffraction patterns. The results show that copolymer (acrylic acid -butenoic aldehyde) could enhanced the thermal shrinkage temperature and thermal denatured temperature of pickling pig skin, as well as the vitrification point of the soft sector of the skin fibers. And the covalent bond crosslink is in the polar region of the skin fibril, forming by aldehyde group of copolymer ( acrylic acid - butenoic aldehyde) and the amino group of pickling pig skin. The amino group is mainly on the flexible chain, which is in the polar region of collage.
