摘要
介绍一种在输送尿素颗粒的皮带系统中并入流化床装置的电控设计,该电控系统以PLC作为控制的核心,结合原尿素输送皮带联锁要求进行设计,既保全了原生产装置的联锁,又将新增的流化床装置合理并入系统,防止了故障情况下造粒装置长时间停车和皮带上可能发生的堆料现象。
This paper introduces an electric-control design ot belt system tor delivering urea granules With PLC as control core, this electric control system integrates interlocking requirements ot the original urea delivering belt, enabling it to keep interlocking of the original production unit and newly add fluidized bed reasonably to the system, thereby it can avoid long shut-down time ot granule-making unit and possible heaped material under situation of malfunction.
