远程教育中心理契约的构建

摘要 心理契约是组织与成员双方彼此对对方付出什么同时又得到什么的一种主观约定,它本质上是一种情感契约。在远程教育中构建这种隐含的、非正式的,同时是个性化的心理契约对于形成高凝聚力和优良氛围,顺利完成教学任务无疑具有重要作用。
