CD4细胞显微图像的预处理研究

摘要 文章研究了CD4细胞图像的预处理方法,分析了CD4显微图像的特点,对CD4细胞显微图像背景校正、图像增强与图像分割进行分析,比较分析了KSW熵、OTSU(最大类间差)及最小误差等三种图像分割方法的特点,其中,KSW熵法较好地实现了对CD4显微图像中背景和待检测目标之间的分割。
