加味五子衍宗颗粒对轻度认知障碍患者记忆功能及血清β淀粉样蛋白的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察加味五子衍宗颗粒对轻度认知障碍(MCI)患者记忆功能及血清β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ1-28)的影响。方法筛选36例MCI患者,采用随机双盲分组,分为加味五子衍宗颗粒治疗组(18例)和安慰剂对照组(18例),服药3个月,观察用药前后记忆功能及血清β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ1-28)的变化。另设20例正常人对照组。结果MCI的记忆商(MQ)较正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01),血清β淀粉样蛋白的含量较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。用药后加味五子衍宗颗粒治疗组的MQ较其用药前明显提高(P<0.01),且较安慰剂对照组治疗前后MQ的差值有明显提高(P<0.05),治疗组较安慰剂组血清β淀粉样蛋白的含量明显降低(P<0.05)。结论加味五子衍宗颗粒能改善MCI患者记忆功能及血清β淀粉样蛋白的代谢功能,对延缓MCI的发展具有一定的临床意义。 Objective To observe the effect of Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Particle (JWYP) on memory ability and level of serum betaamyloid(AI3)l-28 in mild cognitive impaired (MC]) patients. Methods 36 MCI patients selected according to international received criteria at present were randomly divided into two groups in double blind method, JWYP group ( 18 cases) and placebo control group ( 18 cases), for treatment course of 3 months, and 20 healthy people were chosen as controls. The changes in memory ability and levels of serum Aβ1-28 before and after medication were observed. Results Before treatment, MCI patients had significantly lower memory quotient (MQ) ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and higher level of serum Aβ1-28 ( P 〈 0.05 ) than healthy controls. After treatment, there was remarkable increase in MQ ( P 〈 0. 01 ) than that before treatment in JWYP group. The difference value before and after treatment in JWYP group was higher than that in placebo control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Serum Aβ1-28 level ( P 〈 0. 05 ) in JWYP group was obviously lower than that in placebo control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions JWYP could improve MCI patients' memory ability and metabolic function of serum Aβ1-28, which plays a clinical significance in delaying MCI development.
