生长激素和生长抑素对大鼠胰岛β细胞功能和糖代谢的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨生长激素(GH)和生长抑素(SS)对大鼠胰岛β细胞功能和糖代谢的影响。方法分组给大鼠连续15d皮下注射GH、SS,测定体内GH、胰岛素及血糖水平;镜下观察胰腺和胰岛β细胞形态。同时设立安慰剂对照组。结果GH组GH水平及血糖水平较正常对照组升高(P<0.05);SS组GH水平及β细胞分泌功能指数较正常对照组降低(P<0.05);胰岛素水平及胰岛素敏感性指数各组间差异无显著性(P>0.05);光镜下胰岛β细胞染色GH组较正常对照组加深,SS组和正常对照组着色较淡。结论GH可以诱导胰岛素抵抗(IR),SS可以改善IR。
