青龙木提取物对大脑离体脑片自发放电的影响

摘要 目的研究青龙木提取物(Amboyna preparation)对大鼠脑片缰核(habenular nucleus)和弓状核(arcuate nucleus)神经元自发放电的影响。方法将大鼠丘脑制成薄片,记录到内侧缰核和弓状核神经元的自发放电,观察胰岛素和青龙木提取物对它们的影响。结果对于内侧缰核神经元,青龙木提取物起兴奋作用,而胰岛素则起抑制作用。青龙木提取物对下丘脑弓状核神经元起兴奋作用。结论缰核和弓状核可能参与青龙木提取物治疗糖尿病大鼠的作用。
