新型农村合作医疗研究综述

Synthetical Narration about New Rural Cooperative Health Services

我国学界对新型农村合作医疗(以下简称新农合)的研究集中在其应遵循的原则、筹资标准、保障范围和补偿水平、基金管理和监督、医药费用控制等方面。由于我国新农合尚处于试点阶段,许多研究有待进一步探索和加强,具体体现在三个方面:经济不发达地区合作医疗组织和运转费用的解决办法、合作医疗的成本分析和控制、农村合作医疗向全国统一的医疗保障的过渡。

The research which the medical circles of our country have launched directed against the New Rural Cooperative Heath Services（short for New Rural Cooperative）, mainly focused on such aspects as the principle which it should follow the standard to raise funds, the scope to guarantee, the level to compensate for management and supervision of funds, the limits of medical fees, etc. Since in our country the New Bural Cooperative is still in an experimental stage, many researches are worth further probing and strengthening, which are specifically embodied from three aspects, that is to say, the solution to the organization and the fee to operate of the cooperative health services in the underdeveloping area, the cost analysis and control of cooperative health service, and the transition from rural cooperative health services to national unified medical guarantee.
