摘要
创新型高校教学管理队伍建设是完全学分制实施的重要保证,而建立一支创新型的管理队伍,最重要的举措便是更新管理人员的陈旧观念,提高管理人员的整体素质和不断完善和健全相关机制和制度。
The construction of the innovative administrative rank of the university became the important guarantee of the implementation of the complete credit system. However. To set up an innovative management rank, the most important measure is to upgrade the outmoded notion of the management staff, improve the whole quality of the management staff and perfect the relevant mechanisms and systems constantly.
