摘要
高校的校园文化是高校发展的“软实力”,而高校图书馆在校园文化的建设和发展中起到核心的作用,应搞好定位,充分发挥作用和功能。
Colleges and university campus culture is development ＂soft actual strength＂, the library plays a key role in the campus culture＇s constrcture and development. We should locate well and give full play to its functions.
