摘要
以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料进行共聚,合成了一种阳离子型AM/DMDAAC共聚物。确定了最佳合成条件:反应温度45℃,反应时间6h,单体质量分数20%,AM与DMDAAC质量比9:1,引发剂加量0·05%,溶液pH值4·5。同时考察了AM/DMDAAC共聚物的耐温性和抗盐性,结果表明,该共聚物具有较好的耐温性和抗盐性。室内初步评价了该共聚物在钻井液中的性能,其降滤失效果明显。
A kind of cationic AM/DMDAAC copolymer was synthesized by copolymerization of AM and DMDAAC. The optimum synthetic condition was determined as follows: reaction temperature 45 ℃, reaction time 6 h, monomer mass fraction 20 %, mass ratio of AM to DMDAAC 9 : 1, initiator 0.05 %, and pH 4.5. The result of property investigation on the AM/DMDAAC copolymer showed that the product had good salt resistance and temperature tolerance. Experiments in laboratory indicated the copolymer reduced filter loss obviously in drilling fluid.
