摘要
在高活性的纳米氧化铝粉体与有机碱液形成的浆态床反应体系中,对高浓度CO气氛中的高浓度COS的水解反应进行了系统研究,考察了浆料浓度、空速、反应温度等因素对COS水解转化率的影响。结果表明,在常压、浆态床反应温度80℃、空速250h-1、经450℃下焙烧的γ-Al2O3的质量分数为1%的条件下,COS水解转化率最高,达99·69%。
The hydrolysis reaction of high - concentration COS in high - concentration CO atmosphere was studied in a slurry bed reaction system composed of nano γ- Al2O3 and organic base. The effects of Al2O3 slurry concentration, space velocity, and reaction temperature on the activity of COS hydrolysis were investigated. The results showed the conversion of COS was the highest and was up to 99.69% under the follow conditions:reaction temperature 80 ℃ ,space velocity 250 h^-1 ,amount of γ- Al2O3(calcined at 450 ℃) 1%.
