高原人附红细胞体的感染与防治

THE INFECTION AND PREVENTION OF EPERYTHROZOON IN ALTIPLANO

目的了解高原环境条件人附红细胞体的感染状况及人附红细胞体病的治疗效果。方法用末梢血或静脉血、骨髓常规涂片、固定、染色、镜检方法检测了西藏7地(市)不同人群、不同年龄、不同民族的血样3214份及住院附红细胞体病患者9例血样或者骨髓标本中的附红细胞体。结果3214份标本人附红细胞体总感染率为3·2%,男性、女性附红细胞体感染率分别为3·3%(58/1768)和3·1%(45/1446),男性高于女性,但差异无显著性(P>0·05)。9例附红细胞体病患者均有进行性贫血、发热、黄疸、疲劳、出汗等临床症状。实验检查红细胞、血红蛋白降低,网织红细胞升高,白细胞正常或轻度升高,血小板正常或降低,谷丙转氨酶轻度升高。经用四环素、甲硝唑、庆大霉素等治疗效果明显。结论高原环境条件人附红细胞体的感染多数呈潜伏状态,严格消毒隔离制度,搞好附红细胞体病知识的宣传教育,对降低人附红细胞体的感染率及人附红细胞体病的发病率具有积极的作用。

Objective To study the infection circumstances of me Eperythrozoon and cure effect of Eperythrozoonsis in altiplan0. Methods Use the method of capillary blood, vein blood or marrow, then smear piece, fixup, dye and microscope examined the Epervthrozoon in blood or marrow of 3214 different crowds, different age, different race people and 9 hospitalizations eperythrozoonsis patientS at Tibet 7district（ city）. Results The tota eperythrozoonsis infection rate of 3214 persons is 3.2% ,the eperythrozoonsis infection rate of male and female is 3.3% （58/1768）, 3.1% （45/1446）, male higher than female. There has no significant difference between male and female （p 〉 0. 05 ） The 9 hospitalizations eperythrozoonsis patients all have main clinical symptom with the anemic proceeding, have fever, anemic ,jaundice, fatigue, perspire etc. The test＇ S result are RBC, HGB lowers, the RET rised, WBC normal or ri sedolw-degree, PLT normal or lower, ALT rised low-degree. The cure effect of tetracycline, metronidazole, gentamicin is very well. Conclusion The eperythrozoon infection is most fallow in altiplan0. Strict the disinfecting system and making the publicity education of eperythrozoonsis well have the positive function to debase the eperythrozoon infection and eperythrozoonsis outbreak.
