眼前节相干光断层成像在LASIK术前角膜厚度测量的应用观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨眼前节相干光断层成像(OCT)在LASIK术前角膜厚度测量的精确性。方法分别采用眼前节OCT、超声及光学方法对LASIK术前患者的角膜厚度进行测量,将结果进行对照分析。结果眼前节OCT在LASIK术前角膜厚度测量的结果与超声同样准确,经统计学分析无差异性。结论眼前节OCT可作为LASIK手术前角膜厚度测量的依据,并可作为术后分析观察的方法。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of measuring central corneal thickness by Optical coherence tomography( SL-OCT ) in LASIK. Methods central corneal thickness were measured by OCT, Ultrasound and Optics. The differences were analysed among the three ways. Results There was no significant difference between OCT and Optics. Conclusion OCT could become the evidence of measuring central corneal thickness before LASIK and the way of analysis and observation after LASIK.
