准分子激光近视矫正术后视网膜脱离的治疗分析

The treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment of postoperative LASIK

目的探讨准分子激光近视矫治术后视网膜脱离的两种手术方式的优劣性。方法收集6例(6只眼)准分子激光近视矫正术后视网膜脱离患者的临床资料,4例(4只眼)行常规巩膜外加压环扎术,2例(2只眼)行玻璃体手术,比较视网膜复位率及术后屈光状态。结果6例(6只眼)视网膜均复位。术后3个月综合验光,4例巩膜外手术患者屈光不正在-2D～-4D,散光-1.5D～-4.75D之间,裸眼视力0.15～0.3,矫正视力0.3～0.7;2例行玻璃体手术患者屈光状态在-0.75D～-1.5D,裸眼视力0.4～0.6,矫正视力0.5～0.7。结论准分子激光近视矫正术后的视网膜脱离选择玻璃体手术复位较适宜。

Objective To study the selection of operation methods for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment of postoperative Lasik surgery. Methods We retrospectively study 6 cases （ 6 eyes ） of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment of postoperative Lasik surgery. 4 patients （ 4 eyes ） were performed the retinal reattachmental surgery of routine scleral buckling and 2 cases （2 eyes ） were underwent surgery of pars plana vitrectomy. The effects of two kinds of operation Methods were compared. Results All of the cases achieved successfully retinal reattachment. - 2D ～ - 4D of myopia and - 1. 5D～ - 4.75D of astigmatism were happened in 4 eyes with scleral buchlking surgery in three months postoperation. Visual acuity were 0.15 ～ 0.3 and the best correct vision were 0.3 ～ 0.7. 2 eyes with vitrectomy surgery had -0.75 D ～ -1.5D of uncorrected refraction in the same time. Visual acuity of the naked eyes were 0.4 ～ 0.6 and the best correct vision were 0.5 ～ 0.7. Conclusion we recommend the vitrectomy surgery is the better option for retinal detachment of postoperative Lasik.
