摘要
根据提升设备的实际使用条件,讨论了计算盘形闸制动系统油压的不同方法,并分析各种计算方法的特点和适用范围。油压按此方法整定,提升机紧急制动时,所产生的制动力矩和制动减速度,均能满足《煤矿安全规程》要求,可保证提升机安全、平稳的停车。
Discussed different methods of calculation of JK winch disc braking system＇ s oil pressure and analyzed characteristics of these calculation methods and their range of application based on site conditions. Using method of adjusting oil pressure introduced, both produced braking moment and braking retarded velocity in winch braking operation can meet requirements of 〈 Coal Mine Safety Regulations 〉 , can make sure that winch stops safely and smoothly.
