Study the advantages of Pro/E in designing the injection mold comparing with traditional design method; discuss the design flow of the injection mold and attentive questions in the process of design by using Pro/E; analyze that the design of parting surf is the most important and crucial in the injection mold in virtue of hollow ball handle injection mold. It decides that the mold structure is not complex and that the mold can be taken out successfully; bring forward that the design of the injection mold by Pro/E brings great economy benefit.
