The hydraulic cylinders are critical components of truck - mounted crane, almost all the movements of the crane are carried out by the hydraulic cylinders. Mainly introduces the technical precesses during working of thin and long piston rod to guarantee the cleanness and precision of the cylinder. Its analysis includes the material choice, welding,heat treatment and cool machining,etc.
