摘要 煤矿轴流式风机在设计选型时,往往以矿井最大需风量为依据,在生产过程中需风量和矿井阻力特性曲线是变化的。采用改变风叶角度调节风量浪费电能,应用变频调速技术改变电机转速调节风量,实现轴流式风机满足安全生产需风量和节约电能的目的。 According to the air flow that coal mine need when the coal is mined, design and select axial flow fan. But the air flow that coal mine need and characteristic curve of resistance of coal mine is alterable. In order to change the air flow, the angle of vane of axial flow fan is changed. As a result, it will waste power. Now can supply suitable air flow and save power by changing the rotating speed of motor through changing the frequency of motor.
