摘要
目的:分析枸橼酸钠导致脊髓损伤的机理。方法:选择健康家兔14只,分为对照组(3只)和实验组(11只);经蛛网膜下腔分别注入10%葡萄糖注射液(10%GS)和10%GS稀释的枸橼酸钠(实验组)各1ml。观察注药后家兔的症状,并于注药后30min、12h、24h和48h分批处死动物,取尾段脊髓及脊神经观察其病理形态学改变。结果:全部实验组家兔均出现肌肉抽搐;病理变化位于脊髓实质,表现为充血、水肿和灶性出血,随后神经元发生变性和坏死。对照组未出现阳性改变。结论:脊髓神经细胞损伤是继发于缺血、缺氧造成的。
Objective:To observe spinal lesion produced by sodium citrate in subarachnoid space.Methods:Fourteen healthy rabbits were divided into two groups,control group (CG n =3) and experimental group (EG n =11).10% glucose and sodium citrate were injected respectively into control group and experimental group subarachnoid space.Rabbits were killed at 1/2,12,24 and 48 hour after subarachnoid injection separately.Pathological changes of caudal spinal cord and nerve were studied.Results:Muscle tic and pathological changes with edema,hemorrage and neuron lesions located in spinal parenchyma were seen in all experimental rabbits.Damage of neurons occurred 12 hour after edema and hemorrage.Myelin sheath and spinal nerve were normal.No signficant change was seen in the control group.Conclusion:The damages of neurons are secondary to hypoxia and ischemia,caused by sodium citrate.
