Posterior Unilateral Open Door Expansive Laminoplasty for Post-traumatic Incomplete Paralysis of Ossification of Cervical Posterior Longitudinal Ligament

摘要 目的探讨后路单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗颈椎后纵韧带骨化症(OCPLL)外伤后不全瘫的临床效果。方法对12例OCPLL的临床病例进行回顾性研究。均有程度不等的脊髓压迫症状,全部行单开门椎管扩大成形术。结果术后JOA评分为9～17分,平均(14.3±4.6),较术前5～12分,平均(7.2±3.0)分明显改善(P<0.05)。结论后路单开门椎管扩大成形术治疗OCPLL后不全瘫安全有效,但应严格掌握适应证。 Objective To assess the effect of posterior unilateral open door expansive laminoplasty for post-traumatic incomplete paralysis of ossification of cervical posterior longitudinal ligament （OCPLL）. Method Twelve cases of incomplete paralysis of OCPLL with different extent spinal compression were reviewed. All cases underwent posterior unilateral open door expansive laminoplasty. Result Postoperative JOA Score was 9 - 17 （ average 14.3 ± 4.6 ）, obviously higher than the preoperative score of 5 - 12 （ average 7.2 ± 3.0 ） （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Posterior unilateral open door expansive laminoplasty is safe and effective for treatment of incomplete paralysis of OCPLL, nevertheless the indication must be choiced strictly.
