单纯疱疹Ⅰ型病毒载体与慢性疼痛转基因治疗的研究进展

摘要 慢性疼痛是一个巨大的医疗难题,目前传统的治疗方法都存在一定局限性,单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型载体具有天然嗜神经性,适合神经系统转基因治疗。现就单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型载体及其转前脑啡肽原基因在炎性疼痛、神经病理性疼痛、癌性疼痛中的应用作一综述。 Treatment of chronic pain is extremely difficult. Current traditional treatments may be limited with regard to analgesic efficacy or side effects. Neurotropic herpes simplex virus type Ⅰ ( HSV- Ⅰ ) based vector is suit for gene transfer applications in the nervous system. The developments of HSV-Ⅰ-based vectors expressing proenkephalin in rodent models of imflammatory pain, neuropathic pain and pain resulting from cancer in bone were reviewed.
