摘要
研究了奥氏体化温度、等温淬火工艺参数对化学成分(wt%)为0.40%C,1.2%Si,1.1%Mn,0.9%Cr中碳低合金铸钢力学性能的影响.光学显微组织、冲击韧性测试结果表明,试样在340-380℃范围内经等温淬火处理后,可以获得无碳化物析出的奥氏体-贝氏体组织,且随着等温淬火温度的升高,贝氏体形貌由板条状下贝氏体逐渐向上贝氏体转变,试样的硬度达到HRC44,冲击韧性ak≥120J/cm^2.
Influence of austempering heat treatment parameters on the mechanical properties of cast steel(chemical composition is 0.40%C,1.2%Si,1.1% Mn, 0.9% Cr ,all in wt%) was investigation. LOM, TEM and XRD were adopted to analyze structure, The tests result showed specimens obtained austenite - bainite microstructure without carbide appeared after austempering technology rang from 340℃ to 380℃ quenching. With isothermal quenching temperature increasing the microstructure shape of specimens changed from lathing lower bainite to upper bainite. The hardness was HRCA4, and toughness was more than 120J/cm^2.
