4,4’-二氨基二苯甲烷固化环氧树脂/粘土纳米复合材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 首次采用离子交换法直接用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵处理钙基蒙脱土,制备出具有理想层间距的有机土,X射线衍射(XRD)分析的结果表明有机蒙脱土的层间距由1.49nm扩大到2.21nm.然后制备了环氧树脂/DDM/MMT纳米复合材料,并用XRD研究了有机蒙脱土在环氧树脂中的插层、剥离行为.研究表明,蒙脱土含量及环氧树脂与有机土的混合温度和时间均对固化后复合材料的剥离产生影响,只有在特定条件下才能得到剥离型纳米复合材料. Ca- monanorillonite was directly modified by ion - exchang using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide. The intertanmllar spacing of the montmorillonite, corresponding to the (001) plane peak, increases from 1. 49nm for the purified MMT to 2.21nm for the organophilic clay (O - MMT). The epoxy resin/DDM/MMT nanocom- posites were prepared. The effects of content of montmorillonite and mixing conditions including mixing temperatures and mixing time on the intercalation and exfoliation behaviors of epoxy/MMT nanocomposites after curing with curing agent(DDM) have been investigated by X- my diffraction (XRD). The X- my patterns revealed that organoclay was intercalated by the epoxy resin during mixing process. When E51 was cured with equimolar amounts of DDM, either an intercalated or an exfoliated nanocomposite was obtained. Only under certain mixing conditions, the exfoliation nano- composite materials could be formed.
