摘要
依据现场操作人员的控制经验,设计出一种由PLC和变频器实现的模糊恒压供水控制系统,克服了传统PID控制设计中的参数调整困难等问题,该系统取代了高位水塔和直接水泵加压供水方式,具有明显的节能效果.
This paper presents the design of a constant water supply system under fuzzy controller performed by PIE and a frequency convertero The system is designed on the on - site operators experience, which can solve the problem existing in the parameter adjustment in the courses of the traditional PID controlo The system can replace the water supply mode performed by a perch water tower and water pump, which effectuates the direct water pressure. The application has proved to be very effective for saving on energy.
