作者介绍检测一种糖尿病亚型的PCR/ApaI及PCR/HaeIII基因诊断技术,具有省时、简便、结果易于判断的特点,适用于临床医院实验室进行。
The renal protective effect of perindopril in streptozotocin induced diabetic rats was observed. The treated group (DP) was given insulin and perindopril (1 mg·kg - 1/d)and the control group (DC) was given insulin only. 20 normal rats served as controls (NC). 24h urinary protein excretion was measured at the scheduled periods (1, 3 and 6 months), and the kidneys were processed for morphological examination with light and electron microscopes. Mean glomerular plana area (MGPA) and mean glomerular volume (MGV) were calculated using sterological method. The results showed that during the observation period, 24h urinary protein excretion in both diabetic groups were higher than that of NC group (P<0.01). At 6th month, DC group showed more advanced proteinuria than the DP group, and the MGPA and MGV in DP group were significantly smaller than that of DC group (P<0.01). The electron microscopic findings indicated that both groups of DM rats showed significant mesangial expansion, glomerular basement membrane thickening but the abnormal changes were alleviated to a certain extent in DP group. The results suggest that diabetic rats develop structural and functional abnormalities. Perindopril might have some renal protective effect.
