C_(18)TAB为模板剂合成有序多孔掺锡氧化锆

摘要 以C18TAB为模板剂,氧氯化锆和四氯化锡为原料,采用共沉淀法成功合成了不同掺锡量的有序多孔氧化锆。通过XRD、N2吸-脱附、FT-IR等技术表征材料的孔结构。结果表明,掺锡氧化锆孔排布为六方有序,材料的热稳定性、比表面积均高,与C16TAB为模板剂合成的结果相比,d100值、孔容明显增大,S(5)Zd100增大了0.22nm。 Tin-doped ordered porous zirconium oxides are successfully synthesized by co-precipitation method using zirconyl chloride and tin chloride as Zr/Sn sources and octadecyltrimethylammonium bromide(C18 TAB)as template. The pore structures of the resultant materials are characterized by XBD, BET and FT-IR. The results indicate that the framework of the samples is ordered hexagonal structure. The thermal stability and the surface area of the samples are relatively high. The dl00 and pore volume of the materials are increased obviously compared with the result- ant material using C18 TAB as template.
