摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法在镀有ITO透明电极的玻璃上制备了TiO2电致变色薄膜,用XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TG-DTA、分光光度计和电化学工作站等研究了热处理温度对其成分、结构和电致变色性能的影响。结果表明:350℃以下,薄膜呈非晶态;450℃时形成锐钛矿结构,同时出现网状分布的缝隙。薄膜具有较弱的阴极电致变色效应,对可见光的调制幅度随温度的升高而降低。当温度从120℃上升到450℃时,样品的K值由0.56升高到0.93,循环寿命由不足50次增加到10000次以上,注入电荷密度则由14.12mC/cm2下降到6.79mC/cm2。350℃处理的薄膜具有较好的综合性能,适于制备透射型电致变色器件的对电极。
Titanium oxide films are prepared on the glass/ITO substrates by the sol-gel method. The effects of annealing temperature on the structure and electrochromic properties are studied by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, TG-DTA, spectrophotometer and electrochemical work station. It is shown that the films are amorphous when the annealing temperature is less than 350℃. The anatase crystal is formed at 450℃ and some interlinked cracks are observed in the films surface. All the films reveal weak cathodal colouration and the magnitude of the transmittance change decreases with the increase of temperature. When the annealing temperature changes from 120℃ to 450℃, the K value of the films increases from 0. 56 to 0. 93 and the life time from less than 50 cycles to more than 10000, while their intercalation charge density decreases from 14. 12mC/cm^2 to 6.79mC/cm^2. The films annealed at 350℃ are promising in making a counter-electrode of a transmittance electrochromic device for their better comprehensive properties.
